Terms & Process:

We will review if their setup is the same quality as ours; if it is deemed comparable and valued lower - you get the difference + 10% off the total.

Our team is so sure we beat the competition, we guarantee it.

1. Submit an official quote from a qualified¹ competitive company.

2. Details must be reviewed before discount can be received. We always honor pricing fairly and welcome the challenge! We'll prove to you that our prices are the best.

3. If all products, rental terms, and services are comparable², a new quote will be issued at 10% less than the cost of the comparable quote. Changes cannot be made to this quote after adjustment, but a second quote for different services can be added to the same event.

¹ Competitive company must be filed legally, offer the same (comparable) or greater quality than Infinity Studio, and be within a 60 mile radius from zip code 33311 or 32839 matching the zone where services are to be rendered.

²Comparable items include:

​

  • Photo Booth specifications:

    • Social media, email, text abilities, Staff included, 90 day web-link included, online instant gallery, fully customized frame, fully lit, customized backdrop, touchscreen, insured >$2 million, see photo booth page for more specifications
       

  • Up-lighting:

    • if beats our price/light + delivery, and is a minimum of 10w LED fixtures
       

  • Columns:

    • columns measure at least 2ft wide + 8ft tall
       

  • Stage/party lighting:

    • if setup, breakdown and delivery is included, if control of your DMX fixtures is included, if wiring is included, if fixtures are comparable in quality to ours
       

  • Gobos:

    • identical material, fixture capabilities, and rental time​
       

  • Red carpet:

    • indoor/outdoor, 4' wide minimum​
       

  • Black lighting:

    • comparable fixture (COB Cannon, etc)
       

  • All else:

    • Comparable/identical fixture type, rental terms, rental length, setup/breakdown, delivery​ services, for identical rental date (rush fees included)
